Spam phoning cannot get them to stop

Has to do with newspaper subscriptions. Local newspapers somehow do not fall under the do not call list umbrella, so they can call you as much as they want.

Unsolicited robocall to cell. Highly inappropriate - no opt-out information provided - only complies with the bare minimum of laws for protection of consumers.

Keeps calling! I will not pick up. Don't know who it is or how they got my number! When I looked up this number people have said that the caller threatens them with cops coming to arrest them in 10 min. unless they don't pay debt. Some others say that they even have the last 4 numbers of their SS#. Very scary and threatening.

Called to tell me my credit card was not at risk, but they could protect my card and lower my interest rate. I don't have a credit card, so I don't have an interest rate. So this is a scam. This same number has also called my 2, 14 year old's cell phones. It is illegal to solicite financial transactions to minors.
